The project consists of two separate schools (each for 700 students) joined under one roof comprising approximately 140,000 square feet. The two facilities extend out on each side of a shared central component which houses a multi-purpose room, cafeteria/service court, library and administration area. The classroom components are divided into wings for each grade which breaks down the scale of the building and serves to create landscaped courtyards. Durable materials, playfully colored structural elements and rich brick-banding create a welcoming environment for learning.
