Holly and Smith Architects recently completed services for St. Ann Parish. The scope of work included a renovation to the existing 1970’s Church (Total Area 11,000sf) to provide new finishes and modifications to the antiquated mechanical and electrical systems. Furthermore, an addition was provided to the existing Classroom wing, which offered an expanded Pre-K Classroom and new Daycare Facility (Total Area 3,900 sf).

The projects were competitively Bid and contracted at $80,000.00 under Estimated Budget of $2,000,000.
