Rob is an NCARB certified and licensed architect in Louisiana and Texas and brings over 20 years of experience in educational, commercial, mixed-use,
residential design. His love for architecture and design started at an early age when he would constantly take things apart and put them back together
again.
Rob is originally from Texas, and his family relocated to New Orleans almost three years ago when his wife was recruited as the Director of Digital Design
at Tulane. As an architect, Rob’s primary duties have been implementing programming planning studies/activities with stakeholders, designing buildings
within regional and site-specific vernacular to maintain identity and integrity of the preexisting regional architecture and cultural influences, conducting
preliminary feasibility studies for land use and zoning of master-planned multi-phase projects, specifying sustainable systems and green products for
LEED certification, and performing construction administration for all projects to ensure adherence to construction documents, timeline and budget
among others.
When not at work, Rob enjoys making music, smoking briskets, reading about the mysteries of the cosmos, and spending time with his wife Amanda, son Aiden
(12), daughter Paloma (4), golden retriever Brinkley and Maggie the cat.
