Holly and Smith Architects, APAC is an established Architectural Firm with over 35 years of experience in the Design Profession with offices located in Hammond and New Orleans. We are seeking an energetic, organized and highly motivated individual for a full-time Marketing Coordinator Position. A minimum of 5 years in the Architectural, Engineering or Construction Profession is preferred, in addition to either A.) Bachelor Degree in Marketing or B.) Bachelor Degree in Art, Architecture, Interior or Graphic Design. Salary shall be commensurate to the candidate’s level of professional experience. Candidates may consider employment at either office location, however periodic inter-office travel will be required.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Review, understand and support Strategic Goals of the Firm
  • Seek to develop Marketing Plan Strategy in conjunction with Consultant
  • Create, organize, edit the Firm’s marketing materials and collateral
  • Ensure firm-wide deliverable quality and adherence to brand identify standards
  • Coordinate and maintain office-wide “Potential Project” tracking list and contacts
  • Design and Develop RFQ / RFP / SOQ content for streamlined delivery / response
  • Develop Client Presentations where required for shortlist interviews (what are we about?)
  • Manage Website Updates for Projects / Contents and News
  • Coordinate Professional Photography / Media Distribution
  • E-blast Firm News / Maintain Profile on Social Media

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Monitor southeast LA developments for construction projects and solicitations for A/E Services
  • Engage and Schedule Firm Management in Client interface
  • Engage and participate in Community / Professional Organizations
  • Develop Cold Call Calendar / Client Interface

Candidates at a minimum shall be proficient in:

  • Microsoft Office 360, including Word, Excel and Publisher
  • Adobe In-Design, Page Maker, Photoshop
  • Power Point and / or Prezi
