The project was born out of a desire of the owners to create a live-work environment. Located within the historic downtown Hammond, La., the building references the language of art deco but teeters on the verge of modern. ||The ground level would house the owners Professional Law Firm, a small art gallery, and an outdoor sculpture garden while the second and third levels house the living spaces. Roof top terraces are incorporated on the second and third levels.
