Holly & Smith Architects is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the firm’s administrative and financial functions. This position is based in our Hammond office and supports operations across all studios.

To be considered for this position, candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration or Accounting, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • Ability to collaborate with firm owners and principals
  • Experience directing and implementing accounting and project management accounting functions through project management software
  • Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and job costing
  • Experience administering company 401(k) programs
  • Budgeting and cash flow management expertise
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines

The H/S Summer Internship Program affords undergraduates the opportunity to experience firsthand exposure to real projects, interdisciplinary design, and best architectural practices. Architecture internships are a great way to learn how to build, create, and manage a construction project in the office and on-site.
