Brittany has been with Holly & Smith Architects for 18 years, beginning as a part-time employee and transitioning to full-time in 2010 after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Southeastern Louisiana University. She later returned to SLU and earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2024. She is a Class of 2025 graduate of the Leadership Tangipahoa program and a Class of 2026 graduate of the Business Report Human Resource Academy.

She plays a vital and diverse role at H/S, overseeing administrative operations and Human Resources for the Hammond, New Orleans, and Lafayette offices. Her work includes onboarding and supporting new hires, coordinating contracts, processing accounts payable, assisting with finalizing specifications, ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations, and maintaining accurate data entry and records.

Outside of H/S, she has a heart for serving and helping others. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family.
