John has over 40 years of experience working in architecture and has gained extensive experience across numerous fields, including residential, commercial, educational, food service, hospitality, and light industrial design. He is versed in performing individually to self-generate smaller projects and leading teams to produce multi-million-dollar developments in locations across the U.S. John can shepherd projects from initial meetings with clients through design, consultant coordination, construction documents, bidding, permitting, commissioning, construction administration, and closeout. He works to ensure prompt, effective communication between all parties during all phases. John displays a focus on balance between the client’s needs/desires/budget/timeframe and the firm’s responsibility to the client, contractor, project, and staff.
